Fraticelli Oil & Propane

I have fired multiple oil companies over the last 26 years. I have been with Fraticelli Oil for the last 9 years and have no plans to use another company. They are always dependable, courteous, friendly, and have the best prices. A must partnership if you have a home that uses oil.

TLDR: 2 separate techs failed to properly prime my furnace within 2 years. Customer service response was adequate the first time, but very inadequate the second time. Cannot recommend this company. As a new homeowner who has never had an oil system, I have struggled to stay up on fill ups, which is my own fault. So I have needed them to prime my system 3 times. 2 of those they failed to do so properly. The first time they told me I didnt need it and just left without doing it, BUT THEY STILL CHARGED ME. You can trust them to fill up your tank, but you cant trust them to send an employee who has been properly trained or has any real understanding of the systems they are being asked to work on. You can trust them to fill you up, but you cant trust them to touch your furnace. Been a cust

We have been a customer for over 30 years now. We have never run out of oil or had a reason to contact the office at all. They know, based on consumption history and weather changes, when they need to fill our tankand billing is a breeze with an incentive for early payment. Normally, you would say “big deal” about using a company that seems almost “invisible” for 30+ years - but that’s the point. It is a Big Deal… Fantastic service without disruption or hassle. They make it look easy. What else could you ask for?

I’ve used Fraticelli for a number of years. They are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I also think their prices are very reasonable. I don’t anticipate changing to another company.

Thanks for the quick delivery. I was only able to clear a partial path for the oil delivery and the driver went through a bit of snow. He didn't have to. Thanks again!!!
