Beautiful job! Zach was great to work with in getting measurements and quote and was very responsive to questions I had. He provided recommendations and helped with making decisions to enable us to choose carpet and padding that balanced quality and our budget and needs. The installers were experienced and did a wonderful job. They paid attention to detail and took pride in their work. I’ve used other places like Lowe’s and Home Depot in the past to save a couple of bucks but installation was bad and ended up having to replace way sooner that I should have because the carpet wasn’t stretched properly. I highly recommend Frazier’s!!

Our salesman Andrew was knowledgeable and thorough as we explored material options, estimated costs and installation process. When we determined the carpet we wanted, Andrew clearly explained everything along the way. Immediately available by phone to answer questions, he readily agreed to match the lowest pricing we found in our research. We love our new floors! Evan was our sales person who guided us in our purchase of flooring and was excellent to deal with. He even worked with our insurance company since this was a claim due to water damage. His communication was excellent with us, and he was very knowledgeable about the LVP flooring we chose. Daryl and Chris were the installers and they did a great job. We did do a lot of the detail work ourselves such as painting the molding and the toe boards. We also had to take apart our railing for the flooring to fit underneath it. Overall, we would recommend Frazier’s to anyone looking to have flooring installed!

We have had our new carpet almost 6 months. We are very happy with our purchase. Evan went above and beyond bringing samples to our house, taking accurate measurements, and communicating with us as well as the installation team (who also did a great job). Thus, everything went smoothly. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

We had a great experience. They consulted us really well on our options. We considered three flooring companies. Fraziers was the best in terms of quality and professionalism. We had them install all new hardwood on the main floor and upstairs hallway. We had them put in carpet in our bedrooms. Their subcontractors moved our furniture, which was a big help. They showed up on time and did the work as promised. A year after the hardwood installation, we observed cracks in a couple of planks. Fraziers came out and had those replaced for us. Their manager Adam Chavira was so kind and thorough. This company truly stands by their work. That actually is what impresses me the most.
