The CEO Don and project manager Scott have no integrity or morals. They sent 2 technicians to our jobsite to do a site visit and spent less than 10 minutes on site. They told my site superintendent incorrect information regarding the equipment needed for this work. We rented the proper equipment for them to use (costing us over $1k), only to have them no-call, no-show. I was forced to find another contractor to help me and when I let freASS know this, they retaliated with a bogus invoice for supposedly $1,000 worth of labor between 3 of their employees (total of 8 hours...), and then added over $6,000 to the invoice for "OH&P"..... they did not spend any time or money on this job and are now demanding $7,000 from my company when they are the ones that failed. BEWARE of these crooks.
Very poor customer service. Fail to respond to customers. Not polite.
