The overall experience was great. Trent McLaughlin came by on time and ready. Trent was extremely knowledgeable, answered every question I had and was a down to earth guy, really appreciated. A cleaning and inspection ran me $362. I have an older wood fireplace, but he was able to preform the full inspection without issue. Thanks!

Frechette came in to take out a stove insert and install an electric insert. They were on time, efficient, and made sure everything was cleaned.

To be honest, I’m not impressed with my experience with Frechette Chimney. I ordered an inspection of my fireplace and was told they would use a camera and provide detailed images. This did not happen. The inspector provided information that was already known. Cracked insert, unapproved log holder, all basic info anyone could tell just by looking at it. The worst part was how they followed up afterwards. They claimed it would be 22k to replace the factory insert. I found out that that was way over what it would really cost. They the. Recommended an electric inserxt replacement for $7k. Also way over what it would cost elsewhere. I told them I’d prefer a wood stove insert and asked for a quote for that, and no one ever got back to me. It felt like they were just trying to push cheap electri
