Who needs Freeport, just bring the kids to Lowes. Lol! The Sanford store is always awesome, friendly staff that know where everything is....anyone will happily help you. Just try to escape without $2500 in decorations for your 6 year old!
We have used Lowe’s now for awhile. Service has been pretty good, however our last visit was not a great experience. We picked up we needed, then headed to get a piece of plywood cut down. There was a gentleman that called to get us someone to do so, after waiting for roughly ten minutes the one gentleman in the store that can cut down the plywood comes along and says you need to pay for it first, that was not a problem we went and paid. When we returned we then had to wait for someone to return to assist us. This was another 10 minutes until we had someone send out another page for assistance. We spoke with 3 different associates before we even got assistance with the plywood. This was not a very good experience, understanding that stores are struggling at this time with getting people in
Being a pro helps here. The staff is great and helpful. Tammy at the pro desk is wonderful. My sales rep PK is top notch.
I returned a item with receipt (HAVE TO HAVE RECEIPT TO RETURN ITEMS) And with my extra money I picked of some nice stuff for work!!! The tool belt was pricey in my OPINION, COSTING $50, But the gal. Bucket organizer made up for it 26 pockets only $13!!! I also grabbed a very very much needed cordless screw gun holder $10, cheap for tool belt. All come with 3 yr. Warranty Excited to use my GOODIES today with screw gun & air stapler!!
My mother purchased a storm door and she's very happy and satisfied. Everything went smoothly from ordering the door to having it installed. The installers were great and did a great job and friendly. The lady at the store was really good with communicating with me with any updates on the door. She even called me after the installation to check on everything. Thank you to all involved with this purchase, we appreciate everything!
