We had a fantastic experience with Frecka Plumbing! Matt came out to install a Toto bidet toilet seat for us, and from start to finish, everything was top-notch. He arrived right on time, which we really appreciated, and his friendly, professional attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. What stood out most was how thoroughly Matt explained everything, from the installation process to how to get the most out of the new seat. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure we were completely comfortable and satisfied before he left. Frecka Plumbing did a great job replacing our main shutoff valve at a reasonable price. Tim, our plumber, did wonderful work, coordinating everything with the water department and replacing the faulty valve. He also coached me in draining and flushing our water heater without any extra charge! The job was done on time, the area was left clean, and the bill was less than estimated. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Tim was great!! We had several jobs lined up for him--replace a shower head, fix a leaky faucet, tighten a sink handle--and he did them all in an hour and a half and did them well. I will never let any other plumbing company work on my house! Tim swapped out a shower valve for me, very efficiently and cleaned up after. Five star service AND pricing. I was figuring it would be way, way more expensive and the possibility of extra holes for access. Thank you guys for being so reliable and knowledgeable!
