Victor and his team have a high level of precision and artistry as well as being very professional and friendly. Victor had many great suggestions to improve the overall quality of the project and included us for any and all options that occurred along the way. The team worked each day to complete the job as efficiently as possible. The crew cleaned up as they went along and completely cleaned the area at the end of each day. Frederick Kitchens and Bathrooms did a full renovation of our master bathroom and kitchen and we couldn’t be happier! They met their timelines for start date and finish date, were easy to work with, and were immediately responsive to any of our questions or concerns (which were very few and minor) When they were finished, our spaces were left clean and ready to go. I can’t say the same for all companies. Their contractors were professional and we could not have asked for a better experience.

We had our bathroom done by FK&B in May 2023 and an otherwise nice bathroom has turned into a sloppy rush job disaster. Almost a year later there's still standing water in the shower from the drain protruding which they refuse to properly fix. We’re left deciding whether to hire a different contractor to repair some and live with the rest or redo the shower entirely. Project was started 4 months after estimated start date, no biggie since we drug our feet signing papers. Nick was great selling and helping design the project, that was the last we saw of Nick until we requested warranty repairs.
