I can't say enough positive things about my experience with this company for helping us through water damage restoration and hardwood floor installation. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and the team went above and beyond to ensure the project went smoothly. Kelsey, in particular, was amazing to work with. She made the entire process so much easier by keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Her communication was clear and prompt, and she worked around my schedule, which I really appreciated. Wayne was also a huge help throughout the process. He took the time to draft multiple estimates, answered all of my questions in detail, and helped me navigate the best options for both the restoration and the hardwood flooring. I felt confident I was making informed decisions

When I decided to sell my home and knew I had to get it show ready, I knew who I had to call! Scene Clean is so much more than a fire/water damage repair company! Pat and his crew(s) helped with painting, flooring, fencing repairs, door replacement and a full bathroom renovation! My home sold in one day and then they were there again to help me move! All crews were extremely professional, respectful and helpful! From start to finish, it was painless and I couldn't appreciate them more if I had two hearts!

They made everything so much easier to deal with. Originally, we had them come and remove everything from the basement and gut it to rid it of mold. When the job was almost complete, flooring, painting, bathroom renovation…the basement got flooded. They had to do it all over again. Patrick was a terrific project manager and Kelsey was amazing with admin and keeping me updated.

Patrick and his crew did a beautiful job with clean-up and mitigation as well as rebuilding the finished part of our basement after a sump pump failed, causing a flood. Professional and courteous folks. I would absolutely have them work on my house again should the need arise.

How do I give proper accolades to this company? *cracking knuckles* here we go. After a failed sump pump, our insurance company linked us with up with this company. Now, keep in mind that this is a very stressful experience. To say they were remarkable would be an understatement, if I could use one adjective, it would be supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. To categorically break that word down is simple. This company and all of the people that we had the pleasure of working with were professional, in that they are masters of their craft. Patrick took his time to explain the work, the breakdown of the itemized insurance list, and the products that were used on the floors of our finished basement. They were very honest. They answered our questions based on facts, and not what we wanted
