Pickles are great until you get into one. My furnace went completely out of commission this week during this negative degree cold spell. I called Frederick’s and they came out immediately. Unfortunately, my 42 year old furnace had seen its last days. Chance was extremely informative, knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail to me. Luckily I have a home warranty. Chandra got the ball rolling ASAP with my home warranty company, provided them with all the documentation they needed, and stayed on them to expedite the approval. Realistically, I was expecting the process of getting approval from the home warranty, getting a new furnace ordered, delivered and installed to take up to a week. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Frederick and Son Contracting showed up fast and did what other companies wouldn’t even try. I was told by multiple places that my older boiler system needed to be completely replaced—costing thousands. Instead, Frederick and Son sent out a technician who was knowledgeable, confident, and didn’t back down just because the system was old. He stayed persistent, figured it out, and fixed the problem. No upselling, no pressure—just honest, skilled work. This company saved me a huge amount of stress. I recommend Frederick and Son to everyone I talk to, and I’ll keep recommending them. These guys came to replace my furnace and thermostat today. Everything is working great. Very friendly and professional. They were sweet and patient with my inquisitive and "helpful" 4 year old. I felt inclined to come leave a 5 star review because they fixed an issue I didn't even complain about involving a drain pipe causing mold on my laundry room floor. They lengthened the pipe to meet the drain AND they cleaned up the moldy gunk around the drain. They mentioned that they corrected said issue in passing but I didn't realize what a big difference it would make! My basement doesn't look scary and gross anymore. Just really wonderful over the top service. Hire them! Thanks again!

We had a furnace and air conditioner installed. The work was done when they said it would be. Had an issue, (not their fault but the manufacturer's) they came and took care of it in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend them!!

Fredrick & Son Contracting was amazing. Chandra was a pleasure dealing with over the phone. Zack and Caleb were wonderful from assessing the problem with our furnace, ordering a new heat exchanger to coming back within a couple of days and installing it in a timely and professional manner. They made sure everything worked perfectly before they left. Will definitely be using them again and recommending!! Thanks for getting us heat back in the house!!
