I just spent an entire day waiting for them to come for a service call when they never showed up and when I called him to find out why they claimed I had canceled the service call which I didn't. But that's not why I'm giving them such a low rating. In the Winter following my father's death, my 80 year old mother was calling Fredericks Fuel repeatedly, sometimes twice in one day, because the heat in the house wasn't working. It took something like 10 visits, or them to finally fix the problem and they charged her for every single one of those visits, and for every ineffective repair; They sent her a bill for thousands of dollars. Fortunately, her handy man was able to call the company and fight with them and say which of the repairs they were charging her for were completely bogus.

Prices are comparable. Having them on auto fill works for my schedule.
