Fredericksburg Fences did an amazing job building my new fence! They were on time for the job and everything looks great! I cannot even express how happy I am with the job they did. It was a smooth process from start to finish and I had absolutely no issues along the way. The staff was really kind to me and kept me updated on my materials and those guys worked so hard and had my large yard fenced in 2 days! I absolutely recommend them!

I reached out to 4 fencing companies in the Fredericksburg, VA area. Only one company responded, which was Fredericksburg Fences. A rep came out the next day to look at the gate I wanted to replace for my board on board fence. He told me it shouldn't cost more than a few hundered dollars. Two days later I received my quote. $750 to replace a simple wooden gate. Talk about gouging the public. Needless to say, I refused that amount and will make due with what I have. Very disappointed. The gate price is almost as much as what I paid for my entire fence many years ago.

Had a contract for a fence with 1/2" gaps because that was as close as our HOA would allow us to get to a privacy fence. FF said that would be no problem. The guys came out and the job was quoted as a four hour job - ended up only taking two. Initially I was impressed by the speed but shortly after they left I realized that nearly none of the gaps in the fence were actually 1/2" (most range from 1" - 1.25"). Overall the fence quality is decent. My biggest issue was the for the price I thought we would actually get the level of privacy that we requested but that was not the case. Played phone tag with the office and our sales consultant for months. I've been told numerous times that someone would call me back but they never did. Scheduled an appointment for 10am, was driving from my office and got a VM that the appointment needed to be moved 15 minutes. Not a problem. 30 minutes later, still nobody has showed up. Called the office and told them I drove home for the appointment and they wanted to know if wanted to reschedule. No way, you’ve already wasted my time once. Judging by the reviews, this is just how they operate. Should have read them before I scheduled. Years later, same stuff.
