What a great delivery crew. Fast, detail oriented, and overall a great job. They took great care in being careful to the item and the house. Sales team- also great. They have good products and I feel like my purchase will be taken care of should something happen.

The service technician “Benjamin” was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided service under an existing warranty agreement. All of our appliances were installed new when our house was built. The GE Profile oven is finally working properly after four years. Our dishwasher was down for about a month while parts were ordered, which was our only set back. These appliances were all manufactured during “Covid” and for some reason were delivered without serial or model number tags. We had to work with the store manager in Kalispell to attain approval to cover them under the warranty plan we purchased. Fred’s Appliances Service Dept initially denied the claim because or the missing tags. Thank you Kalispell store manager for getting involved! I believe his name is Cody?

5 for delivery, removal and install as well as professionalism- those guys deserve a raise. However there were 2 issues with products, one dented on corner and lower door on oven bent . So issues with 2 of 3 items. However the delivery guys made the appropriate contacts, 1 for discount on corner dent and a delivery supervisor came to look at oven door and is initiating process to get door replaced, hopefully in a timely manner.

Cameron and Elijah were both very professional, courteous and respectful of our property, trying not to damage anything getting the old fridge out or the new one in. They took their time installing everything, making sure the fridge was level, purging all the air out of the water filter and answered any questions I had. Very satisfied and recommend!

We want to highly recommend Fred’s Appliance who stood behind our warranty to resolve an issue with our frontload GE washer Model #GFW850SPN3RS. And a special mention of their technician David Neal whose determined tenacity to resolve a very complicated wiring issue was much appreciated. He was very pleasant to deal with from his first visit when he was punctual and even called ahead to let us know he was on his way to repair our washer. Dave discovered the problem and let us know it could take 2-3 weeks to order in the replacement parts. When they arrived he called to set up the follow-up appointment. Happily he was able to come early that day than scheduled so called ahead and arrived promptly. However, after installing the parts that should have fixed the issue he continued to troubles
