Fred’s responded to my oven repair quote request quickly. The were able to schedule for next day. It is a 16 yr old oven that we opted to replace, Fred’s was true to their diagnostic fee of $59 which was best in class rate. Despite needing a new oven, Fred made it a painless experience to make the decision. I recommend them for appliance repair needs.

I had a great experience! Our dryer was making a loud noise and they came out the same day I reached out. They let me know what was wrong, what parts needed to be replaced, and how much it was. They came back the next day to fix it! So grateful I found them and I would recommend. They even have a 60 day guarantee afterwards just in case, but so far the issue has been fixed with no issues.

The appointment was scheduled promptly and the technician came onetime to diagnose the problem. It required a part to be ordered but as soon as it was in the same tech was back to fix and test the dryer. A smooth painless process. Definitely recommend.

I had a problem with my washing machine and needed a new water valve. Furkan came to diagnose the problem, ordered the part, and quoted me a price, which I accepted. I didn't get other quotes but the price seemed reasonable enough. Furkan said it should take 3-4 days and I would get a call to schedule the appointment. I hadn't heard anything for 9 days so I called and they scheduled me for the next day. Not sure how much longer it would have taken if I didn't follow up. Anyway, Furkan returned to make the fix and he did a very nice job, the work seemed thorough. Everything is working good now.
