Would recommend (& have!) over and over. I noticed a hornets nest, called (on Labor Day!) and Eric scheduled me just two days later. He listened to my concerns, and quickly removed the nest. I am so grateful for the amazing customer service as well as quick turnaround time. You could tell he enjoys his job and getting this nest down was a priority. I called a few businesses when we found some yellow jackets in our roof. Free Bee's receptionist (Kendyl) was super friendly, helpful, and educational so I went forward with them. Jakob came out two days later for a free inspection and he was also fantastic. Clearly knew what he was doing and was just a good dude overall. He explained the entire situation and there was no pressure to get me to move forward with the service. I, of course, did let him know I wanted to move forward and he immediately got his things ready and got to work. Within the hour, the bees were sprayed and Jacob walked me through what to expect over the next few days. Super happy with this service and will definitely recommend them & use them in the future if needed!
