I would actually give it a 5+ if i could. Just wanted to let you know that Brandon and his crew member did a wonderful job. So professional and personable. It is hard to find a company anymore that contains all of these qualities. Brandon was exceptional. He was very skilled, paid attention to detail, polite, on time, professional and we are very pleased with the work he did! It looks soooo good!!! My husband is a perfectionist and he was impressed. Brandon went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend you all!! Thanks 😊

We called to get a quote to paint our basement and the owner Chris came to our house to give us the estimate. He was very professional and took time to listen to our needs. He provided the estimate quickly and was able to work with us on a timeline that worked best with our schedules. The gentleman that came to do the job was on time, professional and did a superior job. Highly recommend Chris and his crew!

We had a great experience with University Painters. They provided a detailed quote for exterior painting, communicated with us throughout the process, and followed through on all elements. Zack seemed to truly enjoy his work! He was careful, thorough, and professional from start to finish. We were pleased with the results and enjoy the new look of our home every time we pull in the driveway.

I've used them 3 times and this will be the last time. We have a small bathroom that needed painting and the ceiling needed to be sanded. It took me twice as long to clean up after them than it took the almost 3 hours to paint. I told the manager how certain areas on the walls didn't get sanded before they painted over them. He said he would have a painter call and schedule a time to come out and fix the problem. That didn't happen. I went to Lowe's, picked up more paint and fixed it myself. It looks alot better. This company gets very defensive when told of issues.
