From the moment I was in contact with Freedom Air they were amazing, they listened to the issue and made arrangements to come out to my home the very next day. My recent experience dealing with this company was great. I originally met the owner Jordan. He was kind, professional, very easy-going and explained everything completely. Everything that I dealt with in this company was exceptional. Dealing with the office, trying to set up the appointment I spoke to Reena. She was polite and professional, and prompt with contracts. On the day of installation, I had the pleasure of meeting Doug, Tom O. and Tom K. These guys were respectful, pleasant, and proficient handling their duties. My wife and I had pleasant conversation with these guys and We were very impressed with their attention to detail, cleanliness of the work area and overall speed to accomplish this job within only a few hours. Made appointment on Monday for Friday. Jared showed up Friday am diagnosed my problem. Was here about an hour. Nice guy house is now comfortable again. Fair price and they were able to fit me into their schedule.

Just moved into our house over a week ago and the AC stopped working at 10pm on Sunday. Called Freedom from a Google search and they responded right away. The technician Jordan was at house within 30 minutes and quickly fixed the issue. He also let us know of an issue that could cause serious issues if not fixed in the future. Glad to say we found our HVAC service company who we will be using going forward. Jordan was great to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. Great job!
