I called freedom because a friend recommended them to me. They fixed my heaters in my house the same day because it was very cold out
Never showed up when they said they would. Constantly gave false expectations, after 4 weeks, said they couldnt do the job! Absolutely deplorable professionalism!
My power went out and they replaced the entire service one week later. They called Potomac Edison and did everything for me
