Called Stillwell and chatted with Josh for around 10 minutes and he was able to help me resolve an issue with my new Nest thermostat/ heat pump wiring quickly and over the phone. We will definitely be contacting him again for future HVAC needs!

On Wednesday, April 30th, my Air Conditioner stopped working. I called Josh early that day who had a full day scheduled ahead of me. He said that he would come out after he finished the calls for the day. He held true to his word. After working all day, Josh and his son still came out at 9:30PM that night and had my air conditioner working within 45 minutes. It was nice to have cold air blowing again after high 80"s temperature all day long. Excellent service and I highly recommend him for reliable and professional service. He is a man of his word.
