John came out to discuss building a fence for us. He was great in person and seemed focused on quality. His fence build quality was average but the price was reasonable given the quality. After deciding to move forward, we realized John went completely silent after we met him during the initial visit. He would not respond to any communication and Denise would continue to apologize for him. If you want to get a fence done with him, consider his reliability to complete the work and do any warranty work if something does come up.

I had 3 people come out and give me bids for a 75 ft fence that needed to be replaced. Two of the companies gave me the run around about cost. John from Freedom fence came out and gave me a written bid that I thought was fair. I had him do the work, got a beautiful fence and I am very happy with the work he did. Thank you John! Just a side note. I just went and picked up the check from the neighbor who shares the fence and helped with the cost. Her son is an engineer and her other son had a fencing company years ago and both of them said that the fence was very well done and that all of them were very happy with the fence.

Came out measured for fence never heard from again.
