Andy installed a new furnace for us right before a big snow storm. He did a great job and was very efficient. A better unit was up and running in no time and our house is warmer than ever! Extremely professional. He will get the job done!

I have a mini split system that had been poorly installed and had quit working. Andy came out and pretty much reinstalled the entire system. Now it works perfectly and the physical appearance of the system on the outside of my building is professional and clean. You can count on him to work on your HVAC issues as conscienciously as if they were his own. A complete professional that you can trust without any reservation.

I called Freedom Heating and Air about 5pm on Thursday night due to air conditioner not blowing cold air. Andy said he was close by and said he could be to my house in about 5 minutes or so and he would look at the system but had somewhere to be by 6pm. Andy came out and found I was out of freon and needed a small valve replaced. Andy said he would be back the next morning around 830am to fix my system. He showed up at 815 and replaced the valve and ensured my system was holding pressure before filling the Freon back up. I was scared to call some of the big name guys as I have an older system and I was afraid they would refuse to service it so I am glad I found Freedom Heating and Air. I highly recommend Freedom Heating and Air and he will be my first call in the future.

Andy was incredible. Went above and beyond, understanding our budget, our immediate need to get our furnace up and running quickly in the dead of winter. We will only be using him from now on.

If you are looking for an honest and reasonable HVAC technician, this needs to be the FIRST call you make. Freedom HVAC saved us thousands of dollars by carefully diagnosing and repairing our heat pump unit which is less than 3 years old, but was knocked over by high winds and wouldn't have been covered by the warranty. Even if we did need to replace it, this would have been a great company to install a completely new system. We have definitely found a preferred HVAC service provider from this point forward.
