Signed up with Freedom Windows because it is founded and operated by Veterans thinking the integrity and quality of work is guaranteed. I was wrong! Freedom was not the cheapest quote we got but we still decided to go with them. Bad decision! You would think paying an arm and a leg would give you top notch service, unfortunately now we’re stuck with 22 windows that reminds us of how bad the quality of workmanship this company did to our home. Firstly, when we signed up, we were told it would take 2 days to replace all the windows but plan for 3 just in case. It took them almost 2 weeks to replace the windows! Guy claims it’s a huge project so will take longer, but later admitted that he thought he would get more people than couple of guys working serially hence it would take longer. Th
