We had new windows put in our home by Freedom Roofing Windows and Siding. It was a nightmare. I should have cancelled the project when they came out FIVE times to measure for windows by several different people. I thought they were being thorough but it actually meant they had NO IDEA how to measure. Well now we’ve spent months arguing with them about the windows not being the appropriate size because after they installed them, my siding DID NOT fit. They are literally off by 1-2 inches. The project manager’s explanation was that “sometimes that happens” which was utter BS because I’m quite confident he knew he messed up royally and didn’t want to have to deal with it. With bad weather imminent, having our siding slide was a major concern. Called Freedom Roofing, Windows and Siding LLC and fortunately for us they had a technician in the New Bern area. Ryan arrived half an hour later and was able to resolve the problem in under 15-mins. Ryan was incredible and we will always look to this company for any work we need doing for roofing, windows and siding from here on..
