Excellent customer service. They're always prompt with their oil delivery. I have been their customer for about 4 years now. They replaced my oil boiler and did an excellent job with the installation and hauling the old one away. They also quickly replced my water heater that failed unexpectedly and flooded the basement. They were very quick to come out and assess the situation and install the new one within 2 days.

The two young men who put in our ac were both professional and courteous. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for a great job

I absolutely love Freeman oil! I’ve been a customer for almost 13 years. I use them for my oil deliveries and have not had any issues. What I love most is their excellent customer service all the way down to the technicians. They are always friendly, responsive and professional. I’ve needed Freeman Oil for services outside of oil delivery quite a few times and I have to say they have not been a disappoint. They respond right away regardless of the time of day. Most of my emergency calls have been after hours, middle of the night. This last call this week, after hours, Freeman oil once again saved the day!!! Fast response, excellent customer service, knowledgeable technicians that were professional and did a job well done!!! Thank you for your excellent customer service and your commitment

Freeman Fuel is OUTSTANDING!! Very responsive and extremely professional. I called for a problem with my boiler and they came out right away. The technician that came out diagnosed the problem very quickly and the repairs were done same day. I highly recommend them.

They refused to service my boiler they had installed about 3 years ago because I don't use them for oil I had so many issues with this boiler since the installation After a very short time, it caused fire 🔥 in my basement, and the fire department came to put it down because they installed something wrong Also, the thermostat never worked right, and now my boiler is not working. Terrible customer service The lady over the phone ended up giving me an attitude and hanging up on me
