Signed plowing contract in December 5th for 2025-26 winter season for $1500 Contract states that driveway will plowed the morning following 2" of snow or more. Since contract signing there have been at least 4 days with >2" snow sadly (12/6, 1/6, 1/28, 2/7). On 12/6 Shane was out of town but had a sub (Gio) who showed up late in the day after numerous emails asking where he was. The subsequent days no-one showed up to plow at all and Shane has changed cell numbers or is blocking my call. He is non-responsive to email. I requested a refund of $1400 ($100 less than i paid him) given he did not really fulfill the contract on *any* day (plowing in the evening doesn't work as the driveway needs to be cleared in the morning to allow people to get in and out of their garage).

Shane did a great job with our driveway, came back a year later to touch it up as part of the original price. Thanks Shane!

We hired Shane Freeman for snow removal at our Vail place. He did a subpar job on his first outing, including leaving a massive snowbank in front of the garage which irritated our renters. We canceled our contract with him and he offered to repay our deposit, however we have not received it 2 months later. He has gone silent now. Be very careful doing business with Shane, not just in service quality but in overall integrity. Perhaps give him only a small deposit to start.

Watch out for this guy Shane. Unreliable. Took our money for the season and stopped working. Went silent on us. Not sure what's going on, seemed like a nice guy at first. We're thinking of small claims court but it's such a hassle.
