The associate William might actually be the greatest Home Depot Employee of all time. He was incredibly helpful and kind. He is an assistant manager but he honestly deserves to run the store. Give Willam a raise asap. He manages his team flawlessly. Huge props to William

Craziest experience ever! Buying a new washer and dryer here has been a nightmare! 1st attempt there was some kind of issue with their system nation wide so I had to come back days later to complete the purchase. Then instead of delivering units to my home, they delivered appliances to the store. And refused to deliver those appliances to my house even though I live 12 minutes away and paid for removal of old appliances. They also didnt refund my money for those appliances because those units needed to be picked up first. Then the next attempted delivery of the NEW appliances gets canceled last minute due to weather and now can't be delivered for another week... if they even come. I am super patient but this is ridiculous! So at this point I have paid for 2 washers and 2 dryers that I have

We have had quite the day. Our thule key broke and we had no idea what to do. All of our stuff was in there and we were truly at a loss. We went into home depot seeing if there was any tool we could buy or something and that’s when we met our savior. Tim. Tim took valuable time out of his day to help us and managed to get the thule open without even having to break it. We have been dealing with this for hours, and all hope was lost until Tim came to save the day. We will be forever grateful, THANK YOU TIM.

This is the sorriest excuse of a hardware store I’ve ever seen in my life. 100k sq feet and never anything you need. You have to look up stuff on your own phone to see if they carry because no one knows anything. If you’ve ever fixed a toilet that wouldn’t flush or changed a door lock then you’re like Ron Swanson in this place “I know more than you…”

Over the last month I have needed to get materials from Home Depot for a number of projects. I am used to the poor customer service but it gotten to the point where staff are down right rude! I was struggling to load some 4x4’s and two staff just watch me struggle with no offer of help. They actually asked to “hurry” as they needed to get something off the top rack with a fork lift! Zero stars! Please suck less!! I also waited 45min to get help with carpet after going to service desk twice to ask for help! Again Sucks Less!
