I had a great experience with Fresh Comfort Solutions annual service on the furnace and would highly recommend them. Scheduling was easy. They arrived on time and were very thorough. Although my home warranty company offered a free yearly maintenance with my warranty plan, after reviewing what the home warranty maintenance actually covered it was very little and there was a long list of what they would not cover without an additional charge.
