A free estimate appointment was scheduled days in advance, and Carl had no common sense decency to call in ahead of time to reschedule. Hearing that "oh well I had an emergency" after reaching out to him is unprofessional because my time is as valuable as his. Carl was texted in advance to set up the appointment as he had asked to be able to add it to his calendar. A reminder text was sent to to him 1.5 hrs ahead the day of to remind him of scheduled appointment. No response. I reached out and he gave a that weak "oh well..." response. Common sense, corteous customer service is definately not in Carl's repertoire. Your time is as valuable as those of your potential clients regardless of the size of the job. Please learn from this experience.
