Nati, the salesperson and installer who I dealt with, is very personable and professional. We met several times to discuss design and functionality. The garage is attached to my home in the front, and being visible, the design was very important to me. My vision and Nati's expertise produced a door that is so complimentary to the architecture of my home. I also had a new lift with the latest tech installed that is so quiet and functional. I have received many compliments and highly recommend this company.

Izzy did a couple things for me that others couldn't do. One, is offer me a better than reasonable price. And two, program my garage door to open via a keyfob. He goes above and beyond, as he checked the status of my garage door and opener even though nothing was planned there--and he spruced it up a bit--then got to my keyfob project. Top shelf guy and great service. I will be in touch with Master Lift for all my garage needs.
