the water heater was down and i called michael to replace it , he did a very good job sending the right guys out to get the job done , hector was amazing

This company is shady at best/crooks at worst, I called them to check my boiler for a small leak to determine if it could be repair it or needed to be replaced. Two technicians came out the next day and said “it couldn’t be repaired” without ever turning on my boiler, just took a picture of the model number and said his boss will call me shortly. The boss called me and said it would be 9k for a replacement. I told him I will get back to him by tomorrow, he proceeds to tell me “if I don’t purchase today, the price goes up to 12k tomorrow.” After I repeated to him that I will get back to him again and ended the call. He proceeds to text me and say “I can do it for 8k”. I say all this to say if anyone gives you 3 different prices that are THOUSANDS of dollars apart within 15 minutes. Are c
