This is a terrible company. I highly recommend avoiding them. My experience with them was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I initially contacted a sales representative named Kasey, who was very pleasant to talk to but unfortunately did not provide me with accurate information about their business practices. I needed help moving my 75-year-old mother to her new home and informed Kasey that I wouldn't be able to be present during the move. Kasey assured me that this would not be a problem, stating that I would receive an invoice after the job was completed for final payment. However, this turned out to be false. When the movers arrived, my sister and mother greeted them at the door. Luis, who identified himself as the job manager, stated that if I wasn't there in person with my cr
