My interaction began with the company on their website with an automated chat function. Impressed with the chat function and the flexibility for scheduling my consultation appointment. Anthony And Wayne Arrived to our home to assess our garage door. Anthony was very detailed identifying the problems as to why the door was not working. He provided fair pricing and great recommendations for a fix. I agreed that day to have them go ahead and fix the garage door. My spring on my garage door broke. Phil from Precision Door Service came to my house and he was great he was was vey respectful and explained what was needed and the price. He was very professional he explained everything about the job and was very thorough. I would highly recommend Phil he did an excellent job replacing the springs and cleaned everything there was no mess. He opened the garage door and closed it until it was perfect while making adjustments. Phil was great and the job was great. I was very happy and my garage door is working great. I would not use anybody but Precision Door service. !!

I recently called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for maintenance on my garage door that had originally been installed by TGS Garages & Doors, who unfortunately appears to have gone out of business. The track of our garage frayed so badly sue to wear and tear, that it would not open up in the morning. Precision was able to get Jules to my house within two hours of calling. Jules was able to complete the repair quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and the work was exceptional. This is the second time we needed a garage repair, both different issues, and we used Precision both times. Both time they arrived that day and got the repairs done quickly. High recommend.
