They picked up our 12 X 18 foot oriental rug for complete cleaning. The workers were very careful in handling the carpet and furniture . they removed the padding that had disintegrated to dust. So far their service has been excellent. will receive the cleaned carpet in about 2 weeks

We use the coupon which came in the monthly mailer and had three rooms cleaned for $119. The cleaner seemed proficient, professional, and thorough as well as competent. He was quick and pleasant and worked with us to move furniture. I was very pleasantly surprised that there was no hard upsell to add additional rooms and services and no surprises at checkout. We paid for exactly what the coupon promised with no hidden fees or expenses tacked on. The rugs were just very slightly damp afterwards and dried by late evening after a late afternoon cleaning. The shampoo left a light, pleasant smell, not too perfumey or heavy.
