I can't say enough good things about Friedrich Heating & Air Conditioning and if I could rate them 10 stars, I would. It has been a great experience from the start, which was on Black Friday when the burners on my furnace would not stay lit. I knew I was in a bad situation because one, it was a long holiday weekend, and two, I never had to call for HVAC service. Not even once during the past 20+ years with my current furnace. It was a great unit. I spent several hours researching the internet and asking my friends for their recommendations. In the end I called three companies. Friedrich was the first one to return my call. The technician explained that it was a busy evening and that he would not be able to respond right away. Frederick's is a fabulous company. Bob, the owner, is a wonderful, kind guy and has been so helpful, even providing portable heaters until our new unit comes in. His workers, Nick and Brandon, have been working tirelessly to help keep the heater working, even coming after hours and working late. I'm so grateful for this company.

Called them as a new customer for AC and heat maintenance I had called a few other companies first and they had confusing pricing structures. Friedrich seemed more straightforward and fair. Loved that they are locally owned and I talked to the same person in the office when I called twice. They were exactly on time and gave excellent service at a very reasonable price. I’ll definitely be signing on for their regular maintenance plan.

Other contractors gave us a whole song and dance about how “difficult” the job would be and said they’d have to tear open our ceiling — not sure why, because Friedrich’s came in and got it done without breaking a thing! They were straightforward, honest, and thorough from the start — no nonsense, just clear details about the job. They arrived exactly when they said they would, finished quickly, and were incredibly clean and professional. Our house looks like it was never even touched! We’re so happy we chose them.
