Friend's Fine Floors

Poor customer service. The grout on our kitchen tile started chipping out about a year after it was installed, which was in 2019. At that time I tried getting in touch with the owner many times and he would not return my calls. Then I tried again in the past year and he kept saying he was busy and would get back to me. We had other rooms tiled at the same time and the grout did not chip,. It only happened in the kitchen.

Bill and his crew are the best! They should get 10 STARS!!!!! Quality work at a very fair price!!!

We have been using Friends Fine Floors for over 17 years now. They are a staple of downton Belleville and have been in business for almost 30 years now. I have never been unhappy with their work or the price of materials and labor. In 2021, we had a floor installed and to no fault of Friends Fine Floors, the floor had some issues. They were able to get a warranty put through on the floor and re-installed a new floor for us. This experience has made me realize that this is my flooring company for life. I cannot say enough good things about them. Dave is the man I usually deal with and Todd does our installs. They are both great. Thank you guys.

I have had bad luck with contractors so I had a insurance claim and I told the insurance adjuster to hire someone and they hired Sunglow Contractors and they subbed my basement flooring and kitchen floor to this company and to be truthful it has become a nightmare...This company pays subcontractors to install their carpets and vinyl and wood floors and anything else they sell...I ended up with a crew of one guy who told me that he would be done in a few days..and it's Over two weeks now and the job is still not completely done...and I am not Satisfied with there Work. And I was just looking over the repair estimate as to what they are charging the insurance company and there are quite a few things on the bill that they have not or never done...I Really would not recommend them and if you d

Dealt with a gentleman named Dave and he was very helpful and knowledgeable with their carpeting and lineoleums. If I go back for my living room I know who I'm going back to see. In downtown Belleville.
