Extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable folks working here from my experience. Additionally, for a small business with limited staff, they also communicate better than others around the area. Priced better too.

Stove wires fried, now he could have ran me around and ripped me off, he didn't. He could have said many things needed to be replaced but he was honest and said nothing needs to be replaced just fixed. It took him just a couple of minutes to fix it - again this was a place some people would rip you off, dragging it out to charge more. He did this while being very courteous.

Wonderful service! Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous. One of the nicest men I ever met. I just moved to Berwick and although my machine was beyond fixing it was well worth the cost of having a true expert diagnose it.

I would give zero stars but it does not allow me to. Fritz came out to the house charged $60 and said the dishwasher could not be fixed. I went online and purchased a part for $159 and voila the dishwasher is working. It took 15 minutes total to fix the dishwasher. Thanks to YouTube they showed us how to replace the part. It was easy!

Had Mr.Fritz at my home for a dryer repair.He was prompt and very reasonable. I called him 10:am Saturday with a Maytag refrigerator problem.He told me how to fix it myself and didn't rap me with a service call.That's unheard of these days.I highly recommend Fritz Appliance Repair
