If it were an option I would give them zero stars. Highly recommend to run the other way when considering them for your heating and plumbing needs. They completely botched my tankless water heater install and caused my brand new unit to break. Photos attached show they hooked the vent into an old chimney which I now learned is a #1 NO NO for tankless units. They need to vented with PVC exhaust and side vented for proper airflow and pressure. No install for fresh air intake. They also didn’t install a flush out below for yearly cleaning and maintenance. Lastly they installed copper fittings on the condensation drains which is also wrong because the acidity content of the condensation water eats right through causing leaks in my basement. Shame on you Smith’s for doing shotty work.

The best plumbing company we've ever used! Our well pump stopped working on a Saturday night, we called and were able to talk to someone immediately. They were booked up for Sunday emergencies but came 1st thing Monday to replace the pump! Their prices were very reasonable as well!!

Very Professional! Friendly service. Took time to figure out exactly what happened to our Sump Pump! Explained exactly what happened and why it happened. Replaced the Sump Pump! Took the old pump away. Glad to see it go! Will definitely call on them again. Thank You for taking the time to come and solve our messy situation. Shocked(In A Good Way) how reasonable the price was.

Called this company to do some general plumbing work after reviewing their website, which is professionally done. They told me they would come the following day. Never showed up. I called them and they said they were busy but would come the next business day. Again, never showed up. I called again two times and they would not take or return my calls. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.

We requested an estimate. The gentleman came out a day later then he told and he said we would have the estimate in a couple days. After 5 days passed, I called and left a message requested a status update, now another week passed without a return call. Would not recommend this company.
