FRN Contents Specialist

Had FRN for a content pack out due to water damage. Team was incredibly efficient and professional. We had some delays in getting the house restored and Bri at FRN was so incredibly helpful to adjust our dates. She is so patient and always focused on our satisfaction. We had Kary lead the move out and in- he was a great partner as well. Everything came back in tact and on time! 5 stars for sure!

Though it was devastating to have the tree fall on my home, Marissa and her team Kelis Brooke Jamie and Leandro came to my rescue and packed EVERY single item with extreme care… Marissa is VERY organized to the point, my husband NOTICED!!!!!! My OCD was not happy to have others touch my antiques and collectibles including approximately 50 porcelain dolls, they held and packed them as if they were real babies 💕. When my belongings were brought back , they placed ALL my items precisely how I originally had them. That would have taken me MONTHS to do myself ! Marisa’s team went above and beyond, by even taking my old sofa to the basement and helping bring my new living room set in from garage..I would 100% Refer FRN a hundred times over…

We had such a great experience with the FRN team and Megan L especially. We got back from a long weekend to a pipe burst over our garage and SO much water damage. We called Servpro and FRN the next day and the FRN team came out and was prompt, efficient and extremely helpful. With all of the stuff we were storing in our garage, we had a lot of questions, but Megan L and her team were able to answer all of our questions and walk us through what the next steps would be. I highly recommend anyone in a similar situation to mine call FRN. This company really knows their stuff and how to lower the stress in an already stressful situation!

Company was referred by ServPro to move my furniture after water damage. A crew of 3 showed up with a handful of "blankets" to protect the furnture. As you will note, the furniture is not completely proteced. In the first picture, the desk was only protected with shrink wrap. When I complained, they partially wrapped it in a blanket as shown. They subsequently ran out of boxes. When I spoke to Austin, a manager, he became defensive and told me he never had complaints. I told him, it was unprofessional to think that my furniture would be protected with "saran wrap". I blame their management for not sending out a bigger crew and not providing them with sufficient materials to pack up my house. After waiting an hour for more material to show up, I asked them to remove the boxes and place them
