Great experience with this family owned local business. Owner was great to deal with. Knowledgeable techs and installers.

This was the best experience with a company by far. I called in the late morning because our air wasn't staying cool. Mark answered and said they would definitely be able to get to my house within 24 hours. He called back an hour later and said a technician was on his way. He recharged, put fluid in the system and I had cool air coming out all in about thirty minutes. You can't beat the customer service of a small business. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Grand Rapids area.

They fit me in the same day I called with no heat. Where very professional and explained everything. Fixed everything and where a great price.
