I am a previous client who originally left a 3 star review because I had such problems with a former general contractor and former business manager. Today I received a call from Scott, the new business manager, and they have made me whole again by handling my account the exact right way. Scott, Megan, and the owner David Hendrix are doing an amazing job at making sure they are turning that company around. Just based off my recent interactions all of them I would trust them to take care of my home if I ever needed restoration services again. They have redeemed themselves in my eyes! I had a fire at my house February 16, 2025 and I hired XP restoration to rebuild it and they were really dragging their feet. I was getting real worried frontier took over XP and things started happening. They finished the job they’ve done an excellent job cleaned up the mess at XP started thank you very much. Frontier I highly recommend their services.

Had a hot water heater failure and flooded 3 rooms of my house. Dustin Ketchem and his team were here to guide us through the process from beginning to end. Their compassion and attention to detail saved my wife from falling apart as we had several keepsakes damaged. Cannot recommend this team enough if you are ever as unfortunate as we were.
