I have tried to put a warranty claim in for multiple chips in my brand new flooring. It’s been a month. I haven’t heard anything back. The phone number on the website doesn’t work. Apparently everything is done through email. I asked for a customer service phone number, was not given one. The stopped answering me on instagram. How can I get the attention of someone who can assist me? All I am looking for is an update
