We replaced our windows and doors with this company, and unfortunately, I am very unhappy with the service. During installation, the installer damaged our patio doors and screens, and the patio door handles are loose. We were told someone would come back to fix these issues, but it has already been a couple of months, and no one has shown up. My main concern, however, is our kitchen door. Our original kitchen door opened from left to right, but they ordered and installed it to open from right to left. Because of this mistake, the door now hits our refrigerator. Hovik was the person who ordered the door and acknowledged the issue. He told us he would take care of it and at least install a door stop so it wouldn’t hit the refrigerator, but to this day, nothing has been done. Additionally,
