Frontline Carpentry & Design

I hired Frontline Carpentry & Design (Pedro & Crystal Quintana) for a full remodel including plumbing, electrical, gas, and wall removal. They did the work without pulling permits, left the job incomplete, and I paid $30,000. Repeated attempts to get them back were ignored; they finally refused to finish and sent a message terminating the job. I have payment records, site photos of the poor and unsafe work, and have filed complaints with DBPR and Miami-Dade. Do NOT hire them until you verify active licenses and permits. Since they are under investigation there is a high chance your job with them will be suspended. Please look at the photos for a summary of there horrible craftsmanship.

Frontline: We are very satisfied with Frontline. It is a shame how many contractors get request and do not follow through. We had an immediate response from Pedro and Crystal. Pedro is well invested in his product. He is very hands on, to ensure things get done right. Frontline is also very well equipped. They have a group of specialty contractors, therefore no job is too big or small. Communication is great. From the beginning they created a WhatsApp group to share any info or just for quick updates. I am a stickler for communication. Our group chat allowed all of us to be and feel involved with the whole project. We are already setting up for additional projects in the near future.

His company is competitive, fairly priced, and consistently delivers quality work to the South Florida community. I came to him with a real sense of urgency, needing carpentry and design work completed before an upcoming trip, and he delivered—without hesitation. The communication was clear, the timeline was respected, and the attention to detail exceeded expectations. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, with no corners cut. I called Frontline carpentry back in 2023 and called them again 09/25 for my kitchen counter tops.. Great company I need to say "the best in Florida" Pedro the owner is a hardworking man that loves his work. he very honest and does excellent work... I would have gave him a 1000 star but only had a choice of 5. I love to refer this company to all the people who are looking for honest company... I'm looking to do next 2 bathroom and a detached garage with Frontline carpentry hopefully before the year ends.. Good company to keep......
