Jackie was amazing. She rang the bell and when I didn't answer because I did not hear the bell, she called me. She put on her shoe covering as soon as she stepped into my home. Although she could not correct my concerns, she made suggestions to prevent unexpected visits. She took the initiative to reach out to the home office on my behalf. She was thorough in servicing my home. She was professional and made a point to give me clear explanations.
