Frontline Pest and Termite of Manassas

Wow!!! I’ve had Orkin for years, and while their technicians were good, I’ve never experienced pest control service like Frontline. I called last week about a fruit fly issue, and they truly came to the rescue. Tommy was our technician today, and he was AMAZING from the moment he arrived until the moment he left. He is extremely knowledgeable and even shared helpful tips about my houseplants. He is truly a gem to Frontline and goes far beyond standard service—I sincerely hope he’s compensated well for the exceptional care he provides. Tommy was respectful of our home and our pet, took our concerns seriously, and confidently addressed the issue without being dismissive. I want Wayne every time!! He’s the man. We’ve had field mice in our basement and he helped us with a plan to get them out for good. He was knowledgeable and on his game. You can tell he’s been doing this for awhile. Nice guy and great service. Highly recommend.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to for this one. We had a minor rodent issue in our home so we called Frontline to schedule an immediate appointment. Dustin was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful in getting us signed up and scheduling someone to come out the next morning (obviously availability will differ depending on season/day). Tommy was our guy that came to assess and treat the issue - he was absolutely incredible. Not only kind and professional but knowledgeable and took the time to hear us out and closely examine the home to identify any root causes/entry points, etc. My mom has used other services for the home but she also admitted this was probably the best and reliable service she received in a long time. Thank you, guys!!

Update after seeing the company's response - I tried Nic by phone, but chose the option to get a call back since I was on hold for over 8 minutes without getting a live person. We will see if I get a call and how the conversation goes. However, I want to address certain points made by Nic: - I said MULTIPLE times this was for basic treatment - I even listed commonly included pests in the most common package for almost all pest companies I've dealt with in the past (roaches, mice, etc) so that Baker would understand I am not asking for a more "premium" service. I also emphasized SEVERAL TIMES that this was NOT normal to not be able to provide a basic treatment, and that other companies have always issued them - he NEVER once clarified about termites (and I never ONCE brought them up - I wor
