Called at 9 am and Tim was friendly, knowledgeable & pleasant. He came at 11:15 and had my air up and running by noon!! Such a pleasure to deal with this company!! I HIGHLY recommend them! I found their charges to be completely fair and reasonable for an emergency call. I will absolutely recommend and use Frost & sons again!!

Very nice family business. It’s 102 degrees this week and of course our AC went out. I called Right away for an emergency visit, and someone was sent within a few hours. I will say he seemed a tad inexperienced but was able to get a least something going. The next day, Timmy came out and was very knowledgeable and informative. He got us up and running within a few hours. Would recommend this company for Monmouth county

This past week, the heat in my family’s house was broken. We were referred to Frost. We have nothing but good things to say about this family run business. Timmy was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was very kind and explained and detailed the cost and process. Fair prices, and above and beyond service. He even came more than once to make sure what needed fixing exactly to give my family the fairest price. 10 out of 10 recommend! PS- we love to support family run businesses. With Timmy’s kindness, this is a family business you won’t be disappointed with!

My air conditioning broke down this past Sunday evening. I called Gary, Sunday night. His son was at my house the next day ! Given this heat, that's outstanding. He quickly identified the problem and now it works like the problem never happened. I thank you for your fast response and help !

Do not use them! SO OVERPRICED! I just compared prices with my neighbor and found out I paid 3 TIMES MORE than my neighbor paid another company for the same service!
