Horrible to work with We had a house fire and took a recommendation from a contractor. Syd will say she got approval from Jerrod and Jerrod will say he did not give her approval. Syd was great in the beginning…but once I asked for my belongings back so I wasn’t charged for more storage, her attitude changed. I truly feel like they prey on people going through a difficult time. Justin,Michael,Sherry and Josh the ones who do the actual work were great. But Syd and Jerrod were horrible. Not everything was cleaned and still smells like smoke and full of soot. We asked for fragrance free detergent on our form they asked us to fill out and the detergent has a very strong scent, causing us to rewash everything. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, and will be reporting them to the BBB

We had a house fire and First Team was there the next day to help us work through all the aftermath. Syd provided such quality service and care during the most difficult time of my life. She answered all my questions and communicated really well throughout the process. I would highly recommend their team!

Excellent service and very easy to work with. Really walked through the various steps as we determined what was salvageable and what wasn't. Helpful during a difficult time.

No reply to my email even after they haven't resolved the issue. I'd look elsewhere. Edit to Owner Response: Attached is the single reply they gave me, just stating that it didn't blue screen during their testing. No mention of "this is outside of our scope of work". Also attached is my response. There is no verbiage on my end that could have concluded our conversation, so I reject the claim of " we believe no further communication was needed". I ended the conversation with a question. If this is unrepairable due to it being outside your scope of work, so be it, it is what it is, but do your due diligence by following up with me instead of saying "Yeah, our tech guy said its not blue screening correctly, it's probably split-screen" and then ghosting me with no follow-up answer. Final
