Fruit St Garage

This garage was absolute chaos. First there was a sign out front that said lot is full, yet we went in and there were plenty of spots. Secondly we tried to get our ticket validated but were told to do it upon exiting. We attempted to follow those instructions and the guy at the exit said to do it inside, costing us $40. Why they don't have a payment processor at the exit I'll never know. Don't park here.

I was not too happy with this parking because it should be open for patients and staffs and my last appointment the parking had a policy saying that only you can park for 30 minutes. Where in the Cristian mind can fix 30 minutes to see a doctor in MGH when only takes you just 30 minutes or more to arrive in your appointment clinic. Plus my doctor take a good hour to do the routine and physical. Plus 30 minutes or more back to the parking plus how many minutes also you need to waste paying your parking ticket plus get into your car plus wait in line to get out… you parking staff think that patients are a run runner hello we are in USA part of a hospital that at least should give any patient 3 hours or more to occupy the parking spots that is why we patients are paying for. easy in and out for mass eye and ear .. always find a spot. cashiers are courteous and efficient

Easy to get to. Fills up quick. They do have short term parking slots

The garage closes early, and my family and I got locked in one evening after dinner. All the attendants in the garage told us they were unable to help us get out, and after 30 min Instructed us to walk back outside and down the street to pay a different cashier. The whole debacle took 45 min and put a damper on the whole evening, while my family sat in the car late at night and I ran around downtown late at night. If I wanted to walk a half a mile I would have parked on the street, and not paid top dollar. I never write bad reviews bc I run a small business, and understand the impact but this event was so notable.
