Frye Build and Design was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They completed a full first-floor renovation and addition for us, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent, all projected deadlines were met, and they were always open and honest about budget. We truly loved working with their team and would highly recommend Frye Build and Design for any home renovation or addition.

We have been working with Frye for several months for our remodel/addition. The whole process has been great. They are very transparent, communicative and proactive. They are fixing errors done by our previous contractor and helping us problem solve issues as they come up. Chris has been a wonderful PM and Pam had lots of suggestions to ensure the construction didn’t interfere too much with us having 2 littles at home. My husband and I are forever grateful for the whole team at Frye! Highly recommend their work!!

From the very first meeting, my experience with Frye Build and Design was unforgettable. After interviewing multiple contractors, the first impression that Pam Frye made stood out immediately. Her response time was incredibly fast when I reached out for an appointment. When she arrived, she took the time to really listen to my plans and walked through every detail thoroughly. What impressed me most was her hands-on approach—she noticed a potential drain issue, rolled up her sleeves, removed the cover, and started digging through dirt herself to better understand the situation. If I could give 10 stars I would. The Frye team is totally amazing. They did a major over-haul on our historic house when we bought it (see after on left and before on right below). We knocked out a back wall, added a bathroom, redid the kitchen, installed two bathrooms, and restored the front of the house, replacing the 1950s style metal railing with recreated wood pillars consistent with the original style of the house. I was so intimidated by the project, but it turned out to be painless and often even fun. The renovation was completed ahead of schedule and below budget.
