Two weeks later, job incomplete, no response from Frymire. Pictures are from two weeks later, Monday, 15 September 2025. The plumbers’ names will not be mentioned. Both plumbers were professional, efficient and cordial, and would be five star rated. Monday, 1 September 2025, my neighbor notified me that there was a leak in my front yard. The pipe was broken adjacent to the water meter. I called Frymire to schedule a repair. The plumber arrived promptly and repaired the leak, recommending replacement of the entire water pipe. The full replacement of the pipe was scheduled for Tuesday 2 September 2025. On Tuesday, the diggers arrived to dig the trench to replace the pipe. I have used Frymire for over 5 years for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. I have had relatively good experiences in the past, but lately the company has took a turn for the worse. I had about 40k worth of plumbing work that was needed to be done, I have no issue with the plumbing portion of the work. My issue stems from the lack of communication within the organization. For starters calling the main line you are forced to speak to an AI generated spokesperson who is less than helpful. During our 2 week project, I had to make many phone calls to Frymire and after bypassing the AI spokesperson, I was connected to multiple different people who for the most part were extremely unhelpful and had to reach out to others for further information. The employees were nice and pleasant but it's boggle

On Feb 4-5, Frymire did plumbing work for me, and did a great job! It took two days for two separate issues, no problem. I paid $973 up front, with the remainder due after they completed the job on the 2nd day. The following day, after the work was completed, I see the two charges, one for the $973, and the other for the TOTAL amount of the job. Unfortunately, I paid with my debit card causing my checking acct into overdraft. Fortunately, I have overdraft coverage. I understand mistakes happen, but I called multiple times and no one ever called me back. They just took my messages and said they would email the accounting dept. Our situation began one week ago with a water leak. They came out and stated they couldn't find a leak and blew out our a/c condenser line and said there is possibly a crack in the line since the attic was dry and the water was in the wall. NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT THE A/C UNIT NOT WORKING PROPERLY. This was $300 and change. Then, they sent out a reconstruction service to assess the damage and began demolition within 2hrs of the first service call. They tore out sheet rock, carpet, on two floors and have set up 6-8 heaters and dehumidifiers to clear up the water damage. After all of this was done, the a/c has not worked, so we are unsure if the leak is fixed. All have been going from Wednesday to Monday (over the 4th of July weekend), and still running to clear up the water. Now, a week late
