Hello, I normally don’t leave reviews, but I truly felt the need to share my gratitude. I purchased a new build in Springfield, and last year I was having propane delivered twice a month. It was overwhelming, and while I tried to stay on top of payments, heat is a necessity—especially with how cold it gets here. This year has been even more difficult keeping up with both payments and deliveries. That said, I want to give a special shout-out to D in the office. Another woman also assisted me and was very helpful, but D truly stood out. I explained the issues I was having and why it was so hard to keep up with payments. They advised me of assistance programs that could help, but D went a step further. She arranged for someone to come out and check the tanks. The gentleman who came did the

FSI has done work for my family as well as for the church we belong to. They are always right there for us, especially when we need them most. They are not the cheapest but their prices are always very fair and competitive. High return on your investment!

Greg was professional, polite, and appeared to be very thorough. I have been with Fuel Services for 27 years…Very happy with the service, their staff in the field, and in the main office.
